Welcome — I’m Katie Misanko. I’m a mother of two energetic boys and I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and find relief from chronic pain. Whether through yoga, meditation, or therapeutic bodywork; my aim is to guide you into restorative healing states. Together we can release the blockages that keep you stuck so you can live fully — pain free.

Driven by passion

I am a 200-Hour RYT (registered yoga teacher), Certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner, and sound healer. I have been practicing yoga for 17 years. I was introduced to this practice by my aunt at 12 years old when she took me to my first class. I fell in love with it immediately! Yoga has supported me throughout my life ever since. Through all the ups and downs that I’ve gone through, yoga has been my constant source of stability. There are many different parts to this practice. We call them the “Eight Limbs of Yoga”. In these Eight Limbs, we practice breath-work, movements (asanas/postures), meditation, and self-study; Just to name a few. Unlike many “yoga classes” you may attend, working with me is very different. We focus on the therapeutic aspects of yoga and work together to find easy ways that we can integrate these practices into your daily life. My work supports people in healing through movement, breath, and meditation. Healing is an inside job—only you can do the work; I serve as a guide in that process. I create safe spaces for coming home to your body, cultivating deep listening so we can tend to what arises with care.

I offer private or group yoga classes, Thai bodywork sessions, private or group meditation classes, sound healing, group events, and more. Please inquire below.
